These Payment Terms apply to all purchases made on the Laius Entertainment online store (store.laiusentertainment.com), which is hosted by us on Woocommerce. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Processor
All payments are processed securely by Stripe and Woocommerce. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other regional payment methods (e.g., Klarna, MobilePay).
2. Digital Goods Delivery
Items purchased (such as in-game ranks) are digital goods. Delivery is immediate upon successful payment confirmation. Please ensure your Roblox username is entered correctly at checkout.
3. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because the digital content is delivered immediately, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a legitimate charge with your bank (chargeback), we reserve the right to:
- Immediately revoke access to the purchased items.
- Permanently ban your account from all our services.
- Report the incident to relevant fraud prevention databases.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region (e.g., GBP, USD). Prices are inclusive of VAT/Sales Tax where applicable.
