These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, games (Roblox experiences), educational platform ("LaiusEDU"), online store, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts
A. General
Our website and games are intended for users of all ages. However, you must be 18 years or older, or have legal parental consent, to make any purchase on our store.
B. LaiusEDU
Our educational platform is designed for users aged 6 to 16. If you are under the age of 13, you may strictly only register and use LaiusEDU with verified parental consent. We reserve the right to suspend any account that fails to provide such verification upon request.
C. School Accounts
Accounts created by or for schools are subject to the supervision of the educational institution. Teachers and administrators act as authorized representatives for their students.
2. Digital Goods & Store Policy
A. No Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We sell digital goods (e.g., in-game ranks) that are delivered immediately upon purchase. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant distance selling regulations, by purchasing digital content, you explicitly waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period once the download or access has begun. We do NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any purchase, including in cases of account termination due to rules violations.
B. Revocation of Access
We reserve the absolute right to revoke access to any purchased digital good or service if you trigger a chargeback, violate these Terms, or breach our Community Standards. Chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Laius Entertainment services.
C. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or touch your financial data directly. We are PCI DSS compliant via our payment processor.
3. AI Features
A. LaiusEDU AI Assistant
The AI Assistant (powered by Google Gemini) is restricted to users aged 13 and older. For school accounts, teachers retain the right to disable this feature for their students at any time. The AI is a tool for educational support, and users should not share personal sensitive information with it.
B. AI Moderation
We may employ automated systems (via OpenAI or others) to moderate chat and content within our experiences to ensure safety. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your interactions may be processed by these systems for safety purposes.
4. User Conduct
All users must adhere to our Community Standards. This includes prohibitions on harassment, hate speech, cheating, and inappropriate content. You are also responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform you access us through (e.g., Roblox Corporation).
5. Intellectual Property
The content on LaiusEDU (lessons, curriculum, assets) and our website is the exclusive intellectual property of Laius Entertainment. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Laius Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third parties, including other users on the Roblox platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
